I have been wanting to write this piece for a while. Not just for the headline, which must surely be award-winning, but because it was time the truth outed; time Ellie Waugh of Humanity Torbay reached out for the help she so desperately needs; time Waugh’s lovely family took her under their wing and walked her into a police station. Time someone showed some balls compared to the lily-livered cowards calling themselves journalists who know the truth but can’t be arsed to get off their salaried backsides and tell it in its resplendent, cleansing glory.
Anyone else in Waugh’s position with such terrible headlines this week would apologise, not dig further holes or try to claim the journalists who have written about her are ALL liars. One after another newspapers and then the BBC have shown the homeless charity of which she is CEO has been run dreadfully by her and is crooked. Not Waugh. She is so deluded she still thinks she can get away with it! Not this time, Ms Waugh. We all know you’re a liar. You’re a bully too according to your staff and ex-staff and there’s nothing better than taking down a bully. Behind every bully is a coward after all…
When fantasy hits reality it’s never a pretty sight. Since vulnerable homeless people are involved, it is important that this obstacle to their salvation – Ellie Waugh – is well out of the way, so the likes of sensible local charities like PATH can pick up the pieces. In recent days Humanity has been exposed as having dodgy accounts, monies raised illegally and for multiple other misdemeanours. While the boys in blue do their job and clean up this unpleasant mess, the charity’s trustees must do the decent thing – sack her and and shut up shop NOW.
I detest ad hominems, but in this instance I am sorry to say that an ad hominem is exactly what is required so those reading Waugh’s lies and rebuttals know the TRUTH…

- I telephoned them. They have never heard of her – by any of her surnames.
Ellie Waugh claims her mother lives in a big family house in Kensington and is down to her last £43 Million…
- Ellie grew up on a council estate in Uxbridge. There is no house in Kensington.

- I checked with Debrett’s Peerage and they confirmed this is another lie. The truth is that for just £24.95 Waugh acquired a personalised title certificate (gold embossed), legal deed, five square feet of dedicated land, title crest postcard, personalised welcome letter, access to the online members area, colour brochure and presentation folder online from Hougun Manor Estate in Northumbria.
Ellie Waugh claims her mother works in parliament and is shagging Ken Clarke.

- Priapic Boris’ press spokesman shook his head at this and rolled his eyes when he heard the recording of her saying this. The late Alan Rickman was unavailable for comment, although a medium helpfully confirmed this too was a lie.
Ellie Waugh claims she’s the most beddable high profile woman in Torquay.
- Absolutely, dear.
The actor Rupert Everett bought Ellie Waugh a £5k diamond bracelet and earrings for her birthday. He also promised her a pink MG if she passed her driving test.

Ellie Waugh claims she was telephoned by a 9 year old whose mum had died and whose father was unemployed – she wanted work in Humanity’s kitchens scrubbing dishes.
- Humanity doesn’t have kitchens. The 9 year old is not real. £33k was raised in a crowdfunder on the back of this lie.
Ellie Waugh has a first class degree in politics.

Ellie Waugh claimed a petrol bomb which destroyed her family car was a targeted attack.
- The fire started from inside the car and worked its way outwards. Maybe Waugh will explain all this to the authorities when she explains away what happened to the charity monies?
Bleach was poured across the Humanity Torbay’s office and cabinet drawers were emptied at Humanity Torbay on Union Street.

Ellie Waugh claimed she has 4 properties across Brixham let out at no charge to vulnerable people.
- No properties in Brixham are recorded on land registry records in her name or her husband’s name.
Ellie Waugh schmoozes with local councillors.
- That’s true but behind their backs she’s far less polite about them…
Ellie Waugh claimed that a molestation order existed against her ex-boyfriend, Councillor Mark King, and that he had raped her using the rape drug Rohypnol.
- No molestation order exists. (Noone is exonerating Mark King here nor trying to by the way for whatever crimes if any he committed. He should come back to the UK and face justice too).
Any remorse, Ms Waugh?

Let’s repeat: the best thing that can happen now is for trustees of Humanity to step forward and do the right thing for the homeless of Torbay. Sack Waugh. Close the circus down right now, today so that Torbay Council and others can address Torbay’s growing homelessness problem without having to deal with this drama queen, who makes stuff up, wastes everyone’s time, turns volunteers’ lives into a misery and gets in everyone’s way. Police – please sort her out. Torbay has had it up to here with her BS and bullying.

What an awful awful establishment. I am at a loss to how they have got away with mistreating people for so long. When I went there she was exaggerating everything and wanting me to do the same. When I told her I was diabetic and had low blood sugar once a week she told me to write down 6 times. I normally manage to deal with symptoms OK when I feel dizzy etc and she said don’t bloody well tell them that etc etc. All she cares about now is politics and thinks she can get the government to back down over universal credit etc etc. That is so not ever going to happen.

Went in Humanity to ask for a takeaway coffee for a freezing cold young homeless guy down by Subway yesterday and they said they didn’t give out free coffee’s anymore so what the hell happened to all the coffee and plastic cups that were donated and what the hell do they do other than sit on their arses looking out the window as the world goes by. Oh well I bought him a meal deal from Subway Humanity really are a waste of space. Humanity really should be bridging the gap till Kath opens up the Vanilla Pod at 2 especially on these cold days.

I volunteered for humanity for a short while, while I was there Ellie tasked me with calling estate agents and telling them I was calling on behalf of PATH, I was made to say that PATH were no longer looking for a property to use as a centre. This was the same time the news was littered with the story of how desperate PATH was for a new centre. I felt so bad doing it but was bullied into it and made to feel unable to say know. Ellie knew of my mental health issues and I feel she used this vulnerable to manipulate me into doing this horrible deed. I apologise from the bottom of my heart for any issues this caused but I felt trapped and unable to say no.

Do your readers realise that several people have had their benefits paid into Ellie Waugh’s bank account and she has refused to hand them over because she was so worried about them incase they buy drugs with the cash. I bet she wouldn’t like it if people kept her cash and told her not to buy Malibu and handbags as it was a waste. Very distressed woman and baby outside Humanity today (25/02/20) She had an appointment to pick up some baby items but the shop was shut up and there was no phone number for outreach. Thankfully Vanilla-Pod homeless centre down the road was open and they helped her out. Bit crazy offering a service and then not being available.

My daughter recently graduated as a state registered nurse after 3 years at university. She is now employed by the NHS working around 42 hours per week and receiving £24,000 per year.
This got me thinking: The starting salary for police constables in England, Wales and Northern Ireland is between £19,971 and £23,124.
The starting salary for a trainee firefighter is £22,459. When full competence is achieved, this rises to £29,934.
The average salary for an Ambulance Driver in United Kingdom is £20,000.
How then, it is then possible that Ellie Waugh who has no qualifications whatsoever ‘works’ for 24 hours per week (even though no one seems sure what she actually does) and receives £35,000 wages per year.
What idiot thought it acceptable that this arrogant, self serving, sociopath’s contribution to society deserves more financial reward, than the hero’s working on the front-line, day and night, in all weathers, putting their lives at risk to protect and care for us.

The worrying thing about this charity is the scaremongering that goes on on their Facebook page. Instead of offering good advice and signposting to the relevant organisations that can help, they spout inaccuricies frightening already vulnerable people. How a charity can be allowed to continue when there integrity and honesty is called into question on a daily basis is incredible, and even more worrying is the amount of times Ive now seen on social media there new employee ( Kennedy) sharing details of clients to rebuff acusations. I don’t know who’s worse, this poor excuse for a charity ,or the organisations that should be monitoring them.

Hi Clive, can you find out if , when Mrs waugh contract ends with Humanity will she be ensuring that the finances that were donated by members of the public, National Lottery and Tudor trust as well as other organisations such as go-fund me are all accounted for?
Or will she be leaving under a black cloud of missing money?
Will the trustee’s of Humanity ensure they find out what happened to the stainless steel kitchen that was purchased for castle road and not fitted. I understand it has been sold on but would like the trustee’s to locate the funds.
Humanity are unable to get any more funds from the National Lottery until this money is accounted for so it is important for the future of Humanity that this issue is resolved.
Also, Mrs Waugh was paid compensation, in connection with humanity from several male councillors. Having accused them of ‘gross misconduct’ – some of them recognised the nuisance value of her allegations and paid her ‘hush money’, to shut her up. Mrs Waugh said the money she received would be donated to Humanity coffers. Did this happen as there is no sign of it in her accounts.
There are a lot of financial irregularities connected with this charity some of which were exposed by their accountant and reported to the charity commission. The trustees really do need to ensure that these matters are cleared up in order for the reputation of the charity to be repaired.

Dear Readers.
There’s an elderly lady called Paula who is a big fan of Ellie Waugh who’s donated thousands of pounds to the cause as well as copious amounts of food, clothes as well as electrical gadgets such as mobile phones. This lonely and vulnerable woman is so convinced Ellie is such a good Samaritan that she has also been considering leaving part of her large estate to Ellie (who she calls her surrogate daughter) when she passes away.
The reason I’m mentioning this is because Paula, like many of Ellie Waugh’s fan club must be feeling devastated to realise that now there’s no wages in Humanity for her, Ellie Waugh is stepping down as CEO / manager to pursue her political career as an activist. They must be devastate to know that they’ve been deceived by this woman and her tall tales, time and time again and disappointed to find that Ellie Waugh is no more interested in the homeless, disabled, elderly, working poor or hungry children living in poverty than her ex-squeeze and current arch enemy Boris Johnson.
What has happened to our society that we allow predators to be in positions of trust giving them access to the most vulnerable and needy members of society. I hope that all of the Paula’s reading this will understand that narcissists are attractive because they have traits such as self-sufficiency, confidence, and ambition and that all the rants, rages, tears and love bombs were “transactional,” because narcissistic abusers are always thinking about what they can get out of a situation. Every move and every choice is calculated. In return, you end up feeling used and a shell of your former self.
I hope that once this cancerous lump of human flesh is removed from Humanity a more honest, open andtransparant Humanity will emerge.

So…. Despite Humanity being rushed off their feet supporting so many needy people in Torbay, they’ve still managed to fill a van up with pasta, nappies and stale bread and arrange for it to be driven by Ellie Waugh’s doppelgänger (Tania) to hand out to the people who’s homes have been flooded in Wales.
How utterly ridiculous! If they had a surplus of donations they could have given them to local charities such as PATH and Riviera Church or even the Sally Army!
Surely it would have made far more economical sense for them to make a financial donation to one of the charities already supporting the Welsh people, if they really wanted to help.
Clearly, it’s all about Publicity ..
As a side note, I was shocked and horrified to hear Ellie Waugh laughing, joking and giggling in the background. You’d have thought she’d be crying her eyes out whilst making an appeal to BJ urging him to go to Wales with a mop ‘n’ bucket to help with the clear up!

I took in a Moses basket, steriliser, several bags of nappies and 6 tins of optimal baby milk to this charity for local families who were struggling to make ends meet. I now see on Facebook that the items I do hated are being shipped off to Wales to be handed out to victims of the flood. Now, as much as I applaud Humanity helping the people in Wales, the donation I made was in response to an appeal for items for ‘the working poor in Torbay’ Had I known the items were going to be driven all the way to Wales, I would not have donated them as Wales have their own charities and support networks who are doing an excellent job providing for those in need. I definitely won’t be donating here again.

Waugh should be sacked for financial irregularities associated with Humanity. She has not keeping records to show how many donations they recieved, nor where they went. It is alleged that all cash donations were not all paid into humanity bank account and were kept in petty cash tin which only Mrs Waugh had access to. There is no evidence that the donations were used as they were supposed to be and lots of evidence to show how it wasn’t
Huge cash withdrawals and no evidence where money has gone.
No one will admit authorising these payments and nor the reasoning behind them.
Basically the Waugh’s helped themselves to cash that was donated for the homeless in torquay. Shame on them. They should be shocked and horrified by their own repulsive behaviour.

with all the stuff humanity claims to do for people it makes you wonder if people in torbay are thick and stupid. I mean, why do you need to go to an advice centre to call your doctor lmao. if you can get off your butt and get to the humanity office surely you can walk to your doctors and make your own appointment. the whole of torbay seems to be filled with dummy’s who can’t look after themselves. either that or waugh is lying 😮

What I don’t understand, is why the trustee’s and volunteers of this poor excuse for a charity work for FREE when Lady Waugh openly admits to being paid £33,000 per year. Do they feel remunerating her contribution to the local community for this sum is good value for money? Have they not stopped to think what suffering they could eradicate in the local community with the £33,000 P.A. that they pay Lady Waugh?
I also don’t understand why Lady Waugh’s followers, many of whom are on a low income themselves, regularly donate what little spare cash they have along with, clothes and baby items when Lady Waugh is in a far superior financial situation than them to buy the consumables that she hands out willy nilly. She does after all live in a mortgage free home, have a very healthy bank balance and send her children to private school. How many of her followers can say that? Not many I’m sure.
What I do understand, from my own short-lived experience working alongside Lady Waugh is that she targets vulnerable people who she ‘love bombs’, telling them how wonderful they are, brown nosing them and suggesting all of the ways she can help them. She then confuses them by withdrawing her attention and support and starts lying about them and making them think they’re wrong when they’re right, did something they didn’t, or didn’t do something they did. It’s quite a frightening experience especially since she doesn’t show any remorse, as the experience causes serious mental confusion as people start doubting their own perceptions.
She really shouldn’t be in such a position of trust and although my information is that she’s been asked to step down as CEO for Humanity Torbay by the Charity Commission, she’s planning to bleed the charity dry before she leaves with her very healthy employment exit package.
Whilst the poor get poorer and the homeless remain homeless, Lady Waugh is laughing all the way to the bank.

I got a call from the fraud squad about the Waughs last Friday. Keep the intel coming in to the Charity Commission and via comments on this exposé. In particular we need details of what cheques were sent, any larger cash donations, details about the crowdfunders and look at your bank statements to glean the details of bank accounts used by Humanity perps. Anyone who lost benefits / had them paid to Humanity staff, comment here or contact the Commission / police. The evidence collected so far implicates others including councillors and council officers. Be careful not to slander. Stick with the facts and send in all useful data. You are doing a great job my fellow Torquinians. Let’s clear up this rotten town.

like other people gave items to Humanity for local people and they were taken by Tania Kennedy and given to her friend in Wales who has some retreat or other along with people who were flooded out. If Humanity appeal for donations for locals they should not give them to people in Wales especially friends of the new consultant called Tania Kennedy. The money raise for the imaginary 9 year old girl was paid into dave barratt bank account. this was paid over to the Waugh’s but never went to the humanity charity. I’m not sure on amount but it was over £20,000. Very very dodgy. They staged a breaking to cover their tracks saying all their paperwork and records had been trashed / stolen. Fraud squad need to contact ex-emplyees and get them to tell the truth about what really goes on. HOWEVER, many of them won’t be as they are on pay roll / receiving over the top ‘expenses’ as hush money. Police need to check her mobile to see if she really did get a phone call from 9 year old girl and is she really did phone dad back cos I don’t think this happened meaning that she scammed thousands of people out of thousands of pounds.
This time last year she said she was given out loads of tents not mention of tents this year. Why? are homeless no longer living in tents?? more likely she lied about amount of people in need. tents were dumped in church grounds and in waugh’s bins. claimed national lottery refused to consider them for a second handout because they had spoken out about UC. lies,lies,lies.

Humanity Torbay received £120,000 over two years towards salaries for a charity supporting homeless and vulnerable people in Torbay, Devon from The Tudor Trust. The charity did not support the homeless for the full 2 years as soon as they got the cash they changed their ethos, they should therefore pay this back as it was given to be used for the homelesss not ‘working poor’ and people who would rather buy alcohol than nappies. The charity is also unable to prove where the £120,000 went. We know Mrs. waugh paid herself over £60,000 of it, but where did the rest go?
Humanity Torbay received £10,000 from the national lottery to provide an updated kitchen in. Castle road to feed the homeless. They did not do this choosing to use the money to move premises (to a place where they were NOT allowed to serve hot meals) and then bought an Apple (iMac) computer costing over £1,000 as well as new office furniture, decorations and clothing for the CEO. This money should be paid back as it was not used as intended.
Humanity Torbay received thousands of pounds (over £30,000) through ground me for a vulnerable local family. They said they bought xmas presents, clothes and even got them a holiday but are unable to show receipts because the money did not reach the family in question as they never existed. There is NO evidence that this family are real. DWP, social services and council have all asked for details and been refused due to some privacy policy or other. The money was most likely spent on school fee’s for her two privately educated children.
Please investigate the Waugh’s / Stevenson bank accounts including they children as you will find out where a lot of the money has gone. Huge chunks of money were drawn from humanity bank account and the deposited in family bank accounts. Questions also need to be asked as well as to why Ellie has her wages paid into a bank account in her maiden name. Money laundering , tax evasion or benefit fraud are my guesses.
Is it appropriate for the CEO of a company to have her husband as chairman / trustee and a very old vulnerable lady as another? Would suggest not. High staff turn over needs to be investigate as ex-volunteers may be able to shed light on goings on and act as witnesses.

Having given away a VAN LOAD of food, toiletries and baby items to the people in Wales, Humanity UK have realise they now have none for the local community and are BEGGING their followers, once again to donate nappies and toiletries for the ‘working poor’
This appeal, coupled with the article about charities preventing people to be self sufficient by supplying everything they need so they don’t have to take responsibility for themselves shows me that this charity is run by a group of imbeciles who make rash decisions without thinking things through.
Additionally, Ellie Waugh has ruined so many people’s lives by threatening to make complaints about them to their place of work to get them sacked, or in the case of married men, their families, or even the police. If they want the complaint dropped they have to pay money. If they don’t pay up, her and her band of OAP cronies carry out their threats to destroy people’s lives. Police need to be aware that evidence for this BLACKMAIL can be found by examining waugh / Stevenson bank account as well as all of the FALSE allegations made about people to Torbay Police Station.

Overheard a conversation from a well known prolific shoplifter in Torquay yesterday,bragging that Waugh has bought many stolen designer handbags off them at £50 a pop. She also gets desperate people to do her dirty work for her. Her current mission is to get rid of PATH so she’s recruited a woman who’s son died to harass the manager of PATH and blame her for the sons death. It’s crazy. She also pays people to spy on what goes on in PATH so she can find out things to report them about to the council and police.
As for the shoplifters I can conform this is true. She’ll also buy stolen jewellery and antiques including pictures and ornaments that have been stolen from house robberies. Her home is an Aladdin’s cave of stolen goodies.
Did you know she also paid someone to trash the offices where she works? This was so she could make an insurance claim for new laptops.
It’s so wrong the way she takes total advantage of desperate, vulnerable people and uses them for her own agenda. Torbay would be a lot better off without this useless blob of inhumanity soiling it’s reputation.

Ellie Waugh was making money for herself going right back to when she started volunteering for the haven in Paignton.She offered her own bank details on forms she filled out for vulnerable clients,who didn’t have a bank account of their own.worryingly,one person had £900 back pay,verified as paid by DWP and yet Waugh denied any knowledge,so never paid up.

The CEO of this charity says her job is ending this month, is this true, or is it just the case that she’s not getting paid by the Tudor trust.
When her job does end will she turn up daily to help the homeless, poor and disabled for free like the rest of her volunteers or is it a case of no pay no play? Does she only care when she’s being paid to care?
I wish she would stop using her page on Facebook to hate on the government, people in the philophines, other charities and anyone who dare disagree with her. She also needs to stop stealing from the charity and stop giving things to her family and friends including Tania Kennedy.
If the police are reading this I would like to tell them that Ellie gets people to sign for money that they’ve had and then does not give it to them or only gives them part of it. She is also very greedy and charges her lunches to Humanity even though she earns enough to buy her own food.
Also please could the police investigate all these fake stories she keeps making up and perhaps investigate why she is harassing an ex boyfriend who was a torquay councillor called mr king. I have reliable information she has tried to blackmail him for money and has also done this to many other men. She even has something on dave barrat and said she could get him send down to jail no problem if she wanted to. I’m so worried for all of these people that come into contact with her, she’s horrid and mean.

ellie waugh and humanity torbay openly send loads and loads of people to torquay community larder without any thought to the dwindling levels of supplies of food at the community larder. why can’t humanity support the community larder by asking for food and money donations for the community larder as they don’t have a bottomless pit of food and when humanity send people there who they know full well do not actually need to visit a food bank then it make a joke of the whole system.

They fully know that she lies,cheats and exaggerates about absolutely everything.ive overheard them saying it many times.And yet they continue to damage their reputation by associating with Humanity or the embarrassing Waugh.
It’s a known fact that Waugh doubles up on food referral forms too eg A single claimant goes down on the form as a couple,adding fictitious kids etc.to make food parcels bigger.not only is she is cheating others out of food ,Waugh is abusing the trust of a Christian foodbank.she is truly disgusting.
Most of her food bank referrals are people who don’t need the help or are already known to local foodbanks as people abusing the service.
Waugh selfishly abuses the good work of the salvation army,so she can brag about being their biggest referrer on social media and the charity commission.
Advice to salvation army.Distance yourself from Waugh,before your supporters start disappearing.Dont underestimate waugh.she really is as evil as it gets.

If staff members at humanity have the virus the whole place should be shut down and deep cleaned. All of the people who were in contact with the Waugh’s should also self isolate in the same way you do if a family member has the virus. Just to let y’all know, Ellie and Tania are planning to scam the government out of thousands by saying they had to close down due to corona virus. Ellie reckons they can get 80% of her £33,000 meaning she can get £24,000 per year and 80% of Tania’s £30,000 wages as she was on the payroll on end of feb. (She wasn’t but thats what they’re gonna say!)

Humanity torbay say they are opening today despite being told to self isolate their vulnerable clients and staff. why can’t they just deal with people on the phone as they are only an advice agency after all. Disgusting of them to encourage people to come out of their homes and put themselves at risk especially as the centre they work from is minging. Are people still showering there and doing laundry? it must be a real hot spot to spread infection.
